Bellevue Historical Society

STREET PARTY TO BENEFIT BELLEVUE HISTORICAL SOCIETY
The Bellevue Historical Society is hosting 'Taste of Tremont' on Saturday, September 5th from 12 noon to 7 p.m. on North West Street, between Main and North Streets. Join us for Wine and Cheese Tastings; a themed Art Show & Sale, henna tattoos & face painting sponsored by Art@106; a cabaret performance by a troupe from the Bellevue Society for the Arts; and food vendors, as well as tours of the upper floors of the Tremont House. There will be a Chinese Auction and a 50-50 Raffle. A 2nd printing of Bill Oddo's hardbound book, 'Bellevue: A Pictorial History' is available for purchase at $50.00 (sales tax included for that day only).

Admission is $10.00 per person, which includes a bracelet with 5 tasting tickets and a souvenir glass. Additional wine and beer will be available for purchase and cheeses to compliment the wines. Several Ohio wineries will participate.

A selection of International wines and several beers will be available.

Under 21, admission is $1.00; 10 and under, free.

Entry gates will be at Main Street and North Street.

All proceeds benefit the Tremont House Restoration Project and proceeds will be matched, dollar for dollar, by a Sandusky County Communities' Foundation Challenge Grant.
Join us for a fun-filled day in Downtown Bellevue! Attend the Railroad Museum's Car Show in the morning, then walk the 2 blocks to our Street Party. Glimpse the grandeur of the elegant Tremont House; visualize for yourself the imagery of the pre-Civil War times that brought travelers from the East Coast to stay in the heart of Bellevue. Check out the wares of local artists that complement the theme, enjoy a favorite wine and try some new ones.
